Notes:  "The Little Galliard" is an arrangement of a lute piece by 17th century composter John Dowland. "Winter" is an arrangement of the 2nd movement (for violin) of Vivaldi's "Winter", from "The Four Seasons". Interestingly, "To be Over" here is credited to Anderson/Howe/Squire/White, but not Moraz.
