(19, 20) were from a live show in tribute to Bruford and Holdsworth, which was released fully as a very limited edition CDR/digital, 12-track release called Two of a Kind: A Tribute to Bill Bruford & Allan Holdsworth (2020). That also included (17) here as a bonus track. (HP, 1 Feb 24)
