Notes: This single was released 29 Nov 2019, around the same time as
the album Trinity by Rodney
Matthews and Jeff Scheetz with Oliver Wakeman. Matthews painted the
cover to the lyrics of the carol, which inspired the new musical
arrangements here, including a new section written by Wakeman.
On 18 Apr 2019, Wakeman had tweeted about playing guitar "on a new
music piece with @RodneyMStudios", which may have been this. On 18
Aug 2019, he tweeted: "Had a great evening working on the Xmas track
for the @RodneyMStudios Card/CD that is due out [...] towards Xmas".
He tweeted the next day about the track having a Moog solo and "a
heavily distorted Hammond" on it. Pearce and Amadeo have worked with
Oliver Wakeman previously, while Amadeo and Coleman were also on Trinity.
